The following text describes the terms of usage for services which given by Jetluck. We ask that read these terms of use carefully.

By using jetluck.com, you agree to the following terms.

• Jetluck (Jetluck.com) is an audience oriented marketplace for online publishers (web site and domain owners) and advertisers.
• Registration is free of charge. Jetluck allows online publishers to post ads to sell banner spaces on their own web site. At the same time, online publishers and advertisers can search for ads to buy banner spaces, communicate with each other to come to an agreement.
• Jetluck does not guarantee to sell your banner space.
• Jetluck will not be in between publisher and advertiser and will not ask for commision.
• The information listed in ad is guaranteed by the owner of the ad. If there is a Jetluck is not responisble of wrong declaration.
• Jetluck has paid memberships and options wich has advanced features. When you use a service that has a fee, you can review and accept the fees that you will be charged shown on payment screen, which we may change from time to time.Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars. You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with our sites and services in a timely manner with a valid payment method. The valid payment method is recently paypal and bank transfer.

While using jetluck.com you will not;

post ads related with pronography, gambling, violence, hate and racism; post ads to sell banner spaces of web sites which has content of pronography, gambling, violence, hate and racism; post spam; try to harm jetluck.com or other users with viruses or any kind of electronical way; post ads for web sites that are not belong to you; approach to unethical ways; transfer your account to third parties without informing us; copy, modify or distrubute rights or content from Jetluck.com; try to login to accounts of other users illegally.

You can only post contents that you personally have the rights of use,

If agreed to sell/buy banner space, users have to make an agreement between them. Users have to discuss before doing an agreement. Jetluck has rights to delete or suspend the memberships/post if this agreement has been violated. Jetluck can stop giving service for urgent maintenance or back up.

Jetluck will not use these information: Name and Surname, adress and phone. Other informations can be used for research and developmend or shared by 3rd party organizations.

Jetluck is located at Soyak Olympiakent H16 D28 K.Cekmece /İSTANBUL. In case of any dispute Istanbul Courts will be the decision-maker.

We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on this site. Except as stated elsewhere, all amended terms shall automatically be effective 30 days after they are initially posted.
